25 years couldn't come fast enough but the reserve gig is a fun way to keep in touch. Can't say most of us make the required hours per month but it is nice to lend a hand as needed for $8 bucks an hour after taxes.
The expansion of the unit has brought in the usual problems but overall it still works. As for new cars that is 54 for the deputies as most have older vics with high numbers on the clock. I can't recall a brand new car in the group. There are but a few of us that want to work 15s... who the heck has time. But, they shouldn't be assigned unless they are an overflow after DLE has been offered first right to them. But not the jail. That's a joke. Sorry I'm just too old time for that crap.

Again, you do nothing at the airport, please advise where you work at the airport and I can come down and show you my car and DISCUSS whatever you want.... The Reserve unit is not the ones taking any of your details, they only ask us if they are really short on filling them. You are what is wrong with this Agency.... Again, I asked this question last night, please advise which reserv Dep has a new car?? You cannot answer because there is no Dep with a new car...

Do Reserves have to pay for vehicle usage if they live outside of the county?
