25 years couldn't come fast enough but the reserve gig is a fun way to keep in touch. Can't say most of us make the required hours per month but it is nice to lend a hand as needed for $8 bucks an hour after taxes.
The expansion of the unit has brought in the usual problems but overall it still works. As for new cars that is 54 for the deputies as most have older vics with high numbers on the clock. I can't recall a brand new car in the group. There are but a few of us that want to work 15s... who the heck has time. But, they shouldn't be assigned unless they are an overflow after DLE has been offered first right to them. But not the jail. That's a joke. Sorry I'm just too old time for that crap.
