It is funny the amount of gear that comes up missing with each term.

The GPS is not lost, nor was it ever. It was illegally placed on a vehicle without a warrant or subpoena and was discovered by a family member of the vehicle owner.

It was turned over to someone for safekeeping and has been the subject of much apparent anxiety by "the powers that be" for quite some time. Wonder what's on it? Inquiring minds want to know!

The long arm of the HCSO administration can do nothing but wait until The Court decides what to do with the little black box.

Not even the High Sheriff of Hendry County can manipulate this particular situation in his favor. So much for enforcment of the law! When you bend, break or trample all over the laws of the state, it eventually catches up to you, just ask any resident of the Florida DOC.
