I bet he leaves his police station at 1400 with all his pals too. The guy is the Chief Executive of an organization and wears a polo to work....how progressive. Is there a Walt's up there? Do the Officers in his department get naps and cuddles during their shift briefings? Is that a rape whistle around his neck? I like the firearm on his right hip with no badge, classy.
