Caceres want on SWAT when he was promoted.
Alayon was never a Lt.

But with the exception of Alayon all the individuals were in the top three - five on promotional exam

Canon worked for O'brien on swat for a ton of years, went to training and did get promoted under O'brien to Lieutenant.

My bad on Alayon, I meant Jose Acuna, whom was on SWAT, and got promoted also.

Obrien and Cannon didnt get along. Cannon left SWAT as an officer and went back as a captain after the SWAT officers were indicted. Promoted under either Warshaw or Ross to LT. Top 5 all promotion exams

Caceres was never a Lt. on SWAT.

Alvarez was in top three all promotion exams

Boy King number 2 on Lt. Exam
Acuna number 2 on Lt.exam
