Water is the issue not the Evidence that is still missing or a building that smells bad on the first floor, not the conditions of patrol. Just water that’s the best he could do. Thats another funny thing. How is it that we have some much evidence missing and they do nothing. This place is great. We erase files, have evidence go missing. No one knows where the evidence is. Let all the jail birds free.
