What is interesting is that as of this writing, 206 people have viewed this poll and just 95 have voted. This tells you the mindset of this organization. We have a sheriff that has screwed us every way possible and no one cares to send a simple message. We deserve everything that has happened to us! And please don't tell me that the 111 people who have not bothered are civilians....cowards!

Your screan name is totally appropriate. Once people vote, they are likely returning to the post periodically to check the score. Each time they do counts as a new visit. The problem with democracy is it gives too many dim-witted people a voice.

And this is why in any organization, most of the *****in is done by a small group of people whom think that everyone thinks or should think they way they do. It is an infection, that needs to be cleaned out. Bottomline is there are a majority of people whom work here who may not be 100% satisfied but in today's job market are glad to be employed period.

This minority group is usually the loudest complainers about everything. Nothing will ever satisfy them, they disagree on who got promoted, what insurance co is picked, the color of the interior of the cars, what type of weapon they carry, etc.

This is the same group who believes that being an LEO is a part time job meaning when they go home, they can behave just as badly as the rest of the public, and while on the job feel they are above the law.

This same group has changed faces over the years, but will always be here. Easy come and Easy go. I bet if identifications could be made as to who you are, most are the least experienced, led by experienced who cannot succeed, or have been skipped over due to attitude, and in general cannot get through a day without *****ing, and making everyone else's day miserable. They agency hop, have no ties to the community usually, and just like to stir the dissention pot.

Good luck on election day. When you see the population of the County simply does not think as you do, or listen to you. And Mike is still sitting in his office. Some people are never going to learn or open their eyes to the WHOLE picture because their lips are in front of their eyes........
