Its a basic written test. It covers math, reading, writing, and spelling. It's multiple choice for the most part and has an essay/report writing section. It is not difficult, if you brush up on the basics. Check out KAHN academy online if you need help with math.

You forgot to put a comma before the word "spelling". Quit casting stones, coward.

Oz you must watch this everyday, you write like you speak, get out of the office, jump in a cruiser , hang out on the drive. You are going to end up like the two ahead of you. They have not made an arrest in decades. You lose touch, have lunch with your people, drive around with them, listen to the calls, respond to the calls. No one says every day, we know you got things to do, just every so often. It would do ssssssssssssssoooooooooooooooooo much for the moral if we saw command out there. We know for a fact that the work load you all have is not that bad. You know what I'm saying is true. We can not all be wrong. Coward? Hiding in a back office padding a retirement, thats brave.

Please, whoever you are, keep your mouth SHUT. The last thing we want is OZ 10-8 on patrol. We already have enough Supervisors micro managing every single incident like we are 10 year old children. The last person we need "around" is Oz.

    Question:
How can you have someone not meeting the criteria for a sergeant's position act as a sergeant? The same bosses that put him in place are the same ones that made the requirement. Another question, are they stupid or just really stupid? There are promotional tests that are so poorly written that they come up with procedures as they go along to compensate, are they stupid or just really stupid?
