It's a sad day when polceman who uphold the law begin to read, believe and idolize a convicted Felon such as Crespa. It's understable that politics can divide a department but wake up people it's been around Mpd for over 100 years. If you think crazy Joe and his band of parasites who are supporting him for Mayor will be our savor "get" drug tested. There is an organized scheme by both of them Crazy Joe/ fired chief Expo to create chaos and dissent in our city and department for their benefit. Actually, Crazy Joe was at the appeal hearing for the disgraced fired chief for support. The disgraced chief and his machavelian personality is publicly humiliating the department by stating my job is not finished. This character upon his firing walked out with 100% percent of his salary and 4 months short of a 7 year drop. His words and actions mimic those of Castro and Chavez and it's scary to think that they are individuals who would support him. It's preliminary but it's alleged that sanctions are forth comming to the department for the inappropriate conduct, actions, practices, and incompetence of the Expo regime. The entire department will be negatively impacted by these idiots actions. Crespa and "Blom" who wrote article that was posted on this blog and the gram blog won't write one negative artcle about the Expo and the Crazy Joe regime. Why? Because it's alleged that they are being paid to
write unsupported opinions and lies that benefit their own cause.

Fact, his first year as deputy chief he ensured that the department was under budget by more than 3 million dollars as the administration Chief. Fact, He is an FBI NA graduate and soon according to this blog SMIP. Fact, Exposito tried to backstab him to place his butt buddy Blom as deputy. Fact, he survived the Exposito betrayal and becomes an Assistant City Manager and keeps his Deputy job. Fact, he out smarted Exposito making him think he would roll back. Fact, Exposito goes crazy when outsmarted and runs to the media with made up stories trumped up by Alvarez to create controversy because Exposito's drop was ending and he wanted to be a life long chief/ dictator. Fact, Exposito then tries to remove 3 staff members as retaliation and disobeys Manager. Fact, Exposito is fired. Fact, who's laughing last, CABRERA,Priceless.
