At least Timoney was competent. Orosa has proved to be not only incompetent but also a political whore. He has surrounded himself with political appointees and flunkies. Roque, Lozano, AAjr, Mcqueen, Jackson, Najiy,Rodriguez, etc.....the biggest bunch of losers to ever become staff members at MPD.

Competent? You have to be at work to be competent. He was gone more than he was here. And let the BK micro manage the dept into the ground.
