Two Pinellas County sheriff's deputies were given hefty suspensions after a video camera in a squad car showed they misrepresented their actions in separate reports on the same traffic stop, according to sheriff's memoranda released this morning.

Cpl. Frank Felicetta was suspended for 16 days; Deputy Joseph Miner was suspended for four, the memoranda say.

The only blowhard is YOU and the reporter that writes this crap for the TBT. There's nothing to this story. Joe did what he was supposed to do. He solved the complaint. If the azzclown decides to come back out and crank up the confrontation again, so be it. Joe and any other deputy would respond again and take the investigation to the next level. We're you there on the call? If not, how do you know how long they spent on the call and how the investigation was conducted? If he had taken the subject to jail right off the bat, people would be crying about how quick the Deputies are to take someone to jail.
