113 attendees, 5 days, 1 charter plane, 4 charter buses.*

Meals @ $15.00 per meal (3 meals a day for 5 days) = $ 25,425

Charter plane (commercial airliner round trip) = $ 100,000

Charter Buses (5 days) = $ 50,000

Hotel ( *$ 100 per night / 2 per room) *= $ 28,500

Cost to take Explorers to D.C. = $ 204,000.00

Or approximately $ 1,805.00 per attendee.*

*Don't forget to subtract the $ 200 made from the fundraiser bake sale.*

The DC trip is almost as scandalous as the Secret Service trip to Columbia. *Instead of blowing off national security we blew off the Tribe's budget.*

You want to teach kids self esteem, not poor financial decesion * making.

A conservative estimate is 50K. Such brings the grand total to over $ 2,0000 per person. Take care of your family has a whole new meaning. You manipulated your budget and your bosses so you could take your 5 kids on a vacation. 12 K for the Latch Fraud family to attend.
