Widow Refuses To Attend Bill Signing Ceremony For New Law

Brian and Wendy are responsible for Penny feeling the way she does. After all, they befriended her, used her to make money (by investing what she got due to John's death) and now look what THEY have done. Al for Sheriff. He has my vote, but only if he takes the Beetz down for breaking the law too.

Section 561.25(1), Florida Statutes, provides:

"No officer or employee of the division, and no sheriff or other state, county, or municipal officer with state police power granted by the Legislature, shall be permitted to engage in the sale of alcoholic beverages under the Beverage Law; or shall be employed, directly or indirectly, in connection with the operation of any business licensed under the Beverage Law; or shall be permitted to own any stock or interest in any firm, partnership, or corporation dealing wholly or partly in the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages, except as provided in this section. The provisions of this subsection shall not be construed to prevent any certified law enforcement officer, except members of the Florida Highway Patrol or its auxiliary, or employees of the division, from being employed in businesses which have obtained licenses only to sell beer or beer and wine for consumption off the premises. However, the written approval of the chief of police, sheriff, or other appropriate department head must be obtained for any such employment."

When the Governor said he would do it, but not with the press...thats' when she decided to go to IHOP for the pancakes with strawberry eyes and banana mouths. Is this Brian? Or Steve Klapka? Nienhuis is our choice. Sullivan is an outsider too and is from Pasco. He's one man I would NEVER vote for, especially after talking to his "camp" at the Swamp Fest.

Bobby Sullivan may have been born and bred in Hernando County but that's about it. His entire career was spent working in Pasco and then with Al. Bobby couldn't beat Bob White or anyone else when he tried so now he sides with Penny and again uses the situation at hand to further himself politically. Penny lied (and it's been proven) when she spoke up for the McGinnis's (who used her for her money as they do every other death) and she's so struck she can't even see what she's doing to herself.
