In Florida, more than 10 entities have received stimulus funds without filing reports since October, representing a total of more than $8 billion still not accounted for.

The city of Zephyrhills in Pasco County found itself on the non-compliers list for two consecutive quarters. The city received $28,042 for the purchase of a police vehicle.

News reports detail the purchase before June 2011, but no report has been filed with the White House since April 2011.
