No there isn't.

Here is the problem with having Captains in the same union as the rank and file officers. Where is the Union advocating for the rank and file and against a clear double standard. Rank and file members are suspended, investigated and disciplined for mere allegations of falsification all the time. Captains apparently get a double standard with suspension, no investigation, and no discipline for allegations and evidence of fasifying offical reports and records. The potential harm is the same. I understand the Union does not want to have members against members-- but they do it in a downward direction all the time.
