Hey go on your boards and try to sell how great your Agency is... Your own Deputies will throw you out on your A**... First pay raise in four years and it went to your Pension, but ooops... You didn't even get that cause County Commission denied that, your so short on the road you can't get time off, that's a real morale booster... Oh yea and your right the only way to work for the Sheriffs office is after you retire from another Agency. No active officer leaves Clearwater to go to the Sheriffs Office, they go to another City Agency I.e. Tampa because it is bigger that's the only reason and a few of them tried to come back. Oh and as far as a take over it's done fellas it was proven over and over that the Sheriff is over priced... We just added more Crime scene techs because you have now out priced that along with your usefulness. We love the Sheriffs office because we all do the same job with the same issues, but enough with your attempts to sell your Agency via Leoaffairs.... Very sad that you have been reduced to putting your points on this board when your own guys are beaten down. The golden age of "The Star Man," has passed not even your own guys believe it anymore otherwise you would be on your own board...

Great points company man. No pay raise has put the squeeze on paying off the vacation home early. The 2% 3% 4% percent raises etc..CPD has received for the last 30 years or so of contracts almost wipes out the free tanks of gas were not buying to get to work. I'm glad everyone can now see how PCSO is really run. Poor supervision and overall management. Their own men/women speak this truth as they can't get days off and are forced to cover their contract cities with minimal manpower. And now take a good long look at the current Sheriff pointing fingers at the retired Sheriff over who is responsible for the distruction of their entire narcotics division. The SO can't even keep their own house clean yet expect the citizens of Clearwater to trust they could manage even more officers? You know you're a slopping organization when you let local defense attorney JT take down your mighty narcotics division. Put this entire thread to bed, it's over.

to stop the madness, i would not be so quick to point out what you think are problems at the pcso, have you been around this snake pit for long or are you one the new young and beautiful know it alls management hugs? talk to some of the employees that have worked in IA-OPS and have left.. talk to some of the people in there now. talk to some of the old-times that have been around the block a few times.. guess you still have that photo of jw hung on your wall.. pat it everyday as you head out to work? why is it cpd has had several eeoc complaints? why is it cpd has a few eeoc complaints going now and from what we all hear more to come? perhaps someone should look at the files reports documentation notes and other information at cpd and pcso.. you think for one moment we dont have our share of cover--ups or complains that have majicly gone away or swept away.. you think cpd is sanitary and has nothing to uncover? think again.. lots of knowledge around so don't be so sure cpd is the heavenly clean sanitary corruptness place you believe it is.. you dont believe deals have been made under the table or in private meetings? wake up and smell what's being dished out here.. do some record searches and ask around.. dont pretend and point fingers at pcso when cpd has some real dozies.. :cop: :roll: :?: :!:

TO ANTI PCSO YOU NEED TO CHECK AND INTERVIEW BEFORE TYPING. LIKE YOU I WEAR THE OBAMA MEMORIAL CPD BADGE. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH GOING OVER TO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE. You Ted just made point everyone in this post has been trying to make . You and your comments are to the point of what CPD has become . There is no fraternalism any more . Everyone is for sale and making deals . That would include our representatives and presidents .
