    Overthrow PBA

Attention BSO members. It's time to throw the PBA out. They refuse to take grievances to BSO (Scott A.) and refuse to re-open a slam dunk case (Russ D.) Why should we have any confidence in this organization? They will end up endorsing the worst sheriff BSO has ever had too even though he's a Republican and is not labor friendly (see Coventry Insurance and no wages for three years). You decide!

Russ D's case was settled through binding arbitration. There is no re-opening of the case. Scott A. doesn't have a grievence. He just doesn't know how to read. Remember the union is the members. If the union is weak it's only because the members are weak. Grow a pair get involved. When was the last thing you did. When this goes to the commission will you be in the audience? Will you sign your name on the card to speak at the meeting? If everyone who voted down the contract signed up to speak for the 3 minutes the commission meeting would last for a month. Do that for 4 or 5 commission meetings and show you have a set. Otherwise quit complaining

Settled by binding arbitration? so if mary Guess doesn't have a melt down in Lt Murry's arbitration, and he loses, that's acceptable. And if she lied in Murry's, who's to say she didn't lie in other cases. Keep stickin with Lamberti, cause the hammer is about to fall.

Lt. Murry losing? With testimony like that. She admitted to a false investigation in which she was ordered to lie. They lied to the board to get a termination verdict which is made up of At Will management employees of his command. What was the true motive behind Sheriff Lamberti directing this attack on the Lt.? That is the question.

Is this the same Russ who criticized the PBA in in book. Now he's begging for their help, what a stand up guy.

    Re: Overthrow PBA

Our PBA refuses to defend our members against this corrupt sheriff. Even as evidence indicating IA people lied as directed to by superiors, we have Barbara telling us "nothing new to see here, now move on". I mean, really? Is the PBA in bed with Lamberti too as they were with Jenne? It sure seems like it. Maybe it's time to look at alternative representation.
