    They did it in Miami 9 months ago, if and when independant arbitrators are used at LCSO it will also happen here.

    Before i say anything rash....can you please explain why IUPA could not achieve the same result? I have talked to lawyers there and they seem pretty sharp. As a matter of fact the guy in charge...name begins with a...is supposed to be one of the best labor and employment lawyers in the country. I think we are in good shape.
