Port Evergades congrats to ira

After a well rehearsed interview process that few applied for because of a known outcome Port newbie Ira marrish was crowned Port Compliance detective. Command quote no one was pre selected..... Gee pride service and no integrity. Every one knew he was getting the job when he was transfered here......but dont be a hater, you can try again when the next list is created maybe then you can be the preselected one

Maybe he was pre selected and maybe he wasn't. Who cares? Before you complain to much lets look at what Ira had to offer. He maybe a new person assigned to the port but he has been working at the port for several years. Out of the three applicants, he is the only one that has written a threat assesment report of the port in the past. He obviously has put in the time with the agency (20 plus years) and if you know Ira like you say you do, then you know he has the gift of conversation with management. Just maybe the port needs a person like Ira to inter act with clients at the port. If you do work there, you know how political it is. everyone at the port could have qualified for this position but not everyone can fit the profile for the position (including me). You can always transfer if you don't like making all the money there !!!!
