I disagree. We are where we are because of cronyism racism and rewarding promotions and assignments to buddies or who we owe favors to instead of the most qualified. Affirmative Action and the rule have been done away with for a while. And sadly enough the hispanics benefited from those more than anyone else thanks to the mariel boat dropoff. The cubans are killing this place both departmental and governmental. There are competent whites and blacks here. They are being overlooked.

Time to move white Anglo boy ! FYI the blacks and Cubans took over a long tome ago. Time to get out of Dodge/ Miami and move at least 4 counties North :shock:
