Worth it?
So I'm thinking about applying from across the pond, but don't want to pay the Rediculous $250.00 to PASS if it's not worth it. Are you hiring? What are the chances? 10+years of experience with a similar sized agency.
Thanks for the info

Why would you leave TPD to take less money?

Re: Worth it?
Because from day one, to me, this job is not about the money. My entire family lives in Clearwater, I want to be closer to "home" and enjoy life, not worry about money.

Re: Worth it?
You will have to decide if its worth it to you.
The only real truth is no one can decide for you. You only have one life to figure it out in. Go for it.
Good Luck and Happy New Year !!

Re: Worth it?
Well based on on the new FOP contract, no it is not worth leaving anywhere and going to Clearwater.

Re: Worth it?
Based on the last givaway and concessions the union leaders handed the city, no it is not worth it - at all. Stay where you are, or look elsewhere. Look to the agencies that where green. Someone hasn't learned the lesssons of never giving up ground you have already obtained.
