You are still running the same old game plan, smear and divert. Eventually, this 17 year old game will come to an end.
As for your comment that I believe 50 people are involved in covering up my father's murder, you know it's only six people at SSO. Three are gone, that leads three conspirators left. The ring leader of the cover up which is you and your two henchman, Dave Scott and Paul Richards. Hopefully since the statue of limitations has run out for their part of the cover up, Scott and Richards will give you up.

As for the members of FDLE and the FBI who had a part in this case, you took advantage of the automatic and unconditional trust which exists between all law enforcement agencies. You mislead and tricked them by falsifying reports, destroying evidence of murder, and deliberate spoliation of evidence.

You had the hard drive destroyed with an ex-parte court order and we can't get that back, but how about the back up archived DVD? Someone told me you still have the missing archive DVD copy dated January 1st thru January 15th locked in your file cabinet along with my father's case. How about giving it up so my Florida family could have justice and closure?

If you read the portion that is highlighted in yellow in exhibit 2 (above), you can see where FDLE classified Esdale as being mentally unstable, after he made multiple threats against law enforcement officers. I was present during one (1) of his taped phone calls where it was played openly in the bay for all detectives to hear. In the phone recording, Esdale was yelling and screaming into the phone -- and was making threats -- and he frankly sounded like a lunatic. Regarding Esdale's classification as a schizophrenic: on the one hand, that diagnosis is between him and his mental health professional, but on the other hand, when his delusions are in public for everyone to see, then it becomes everyone's business.

Your answer is in the red portion highlighted below. All of Steven Esdale’s claims are formally rejected by the FBI, Medical Examiner’s Office, Florida Governor’s Office, State Attorney’s Office (12th Circuit), FDLE and, of course, the Sarasota Sheriff’s Office. Here is Steven Esdale’s timeline:

• 2003 – Murray Cohen, 71, died. His death was ruled natural. His physician said Cohen had a diseased heart, in addition to gaining an extra 60 pounds and his doctor said Cohen was lucky to live as long as he did.

• 2003 to 2006 – At Steven Esdale’s request, the Sarasota Sheriff’s Office re-examined Murray Cohen’s death four times, and tapped experts (including the FBI) to review evidence. Each time, the conclusion is the same: Cohen died of natural causes.

• 2007 – Steven Esdale disagreed with multiple investigators and their findings that Murray Cohen died of natural causes, so he sued the government. All of Esdale’s allegations were thrown out of court – with prejudice. In the legal world, a court case that is dismissed with prejudice means that it is dismissed permanently. The answer is former Sheriff William Balkwill (found guilty of deleting evidence against a court order) and his Sheriff's Counsel Kurt Hoffman injected themselves into the probate spewing lies designed to mislead the probate court. Normally, a sheriff and his top brass do not participate in destruction of evidence and murder cover ups.

Once again, the automatic and unconditional trust between the courts and law enforcement was abused in the case of Murray Cohen. SSO made sure the killer was not going to be held accountable in the criminal court and then made sure justice was thwarted in the civil court. What citizen suspected of committing a cold blooded murder gets to pick a fixer semi retired good ole boy judge to guaranteed they escape justice? Let's not forget, Murray Cohen's killer was a juvenile probation officer for Sarasota County at the time of the probate until she was fired for insubordination.
