I need EAP and I don't want to call work to get it. Anyone have it?

We all experience times when we need a little help with life’s challenges. We understand this and are providing Horizon Care (EAP) to you as an employee of the Sheriff’s Office to help you and your family resolve personal issues that you might be having. This program is CONFIDENTIAL and FREE!


Horizon Health EAP Services is offered to members of the Sheriff’s Office and Family member’s for Personal problems, Child and older care issues, Alcohol and drug abuse, Life improvement issues, Difficulties in relationships, Stress and anxiety issues with work and Family, Depression, Personal Achievement, Emotional well-being, Financial and legal concerns and Grief Issues. Your calls and counseling services are completely confidential. Information is released only with your permission, or as required by law.

How much does it cost?

The Horizon Care program is paid for by your employer. If you accept a referral to services that are not a part of your horizon Care program you may be responsible for the costs associated with those services.
