Chamberlain and his little ball sucking yes men command staff are POS and have definitely created a hostile work environment. They don’t care about any of us just themselves. We had three dedicated good officers who could have gotten promoted but they got ****ed over instead by posting for an outside Serg to come in here not once but twice. Guess they’re buddy did not make the cut. Third floor hired this POS Chief and aren’t about to admit they made a mistake so we’re all ****ed.
