    Epic training failure

    EPIC TRAINING FAILURE

This incident is a perfect example of Chamberlain and Lytle’s epic training failures. They preach we have to train, train, train so we’ll be ready. Well we trained, trained, trained and we failed miserably. The failure begins with the first officer on the scene and his failure to listen to the radio, to use any type of police experience in investigating the suspicious bag and who failed to properly control the scene. Then there is the failure of a trained k9 officer who failed to take control of the scene, who failed to use his canine and police training and experience to mitigate the non-indication of his dog on the suspicious bag. Let’s not forget a supervisor who failed to control the scene, failed to properly supervise his personnel, failed to use his police and so-called investigative skills to thoroughly investigate and oversee the actions or miss actions of his subordinates and who established a command post at the scene. Well you should have listened to CFR they actually follow the policies and procedures and do as they train. Another thing to Think about Serg, You considered the suspicious bag a threat but yet it was picked up and carried outside are you serious? Our fully trained bomb squad failed to take command of the scene, follow protocol, and handle the suspicious package according to the police and airports policies and procedures and accepted bomb squad protocols. Finally we have our so called command staff, lead by the biggest epic failure of a police officer, chamberlain. Who’s attitude is forget about everything you’ve been taught through out your life, the academy, our training days, ours and the airports policies and procedures, my ego is bigger than all that, I’m going down range followed by my head up their asses command staff. You are truly an incompetent human being, police officer and Chief. The only real professionals of this incident are the dispatchers who if any of our trained police officers would have taken a second to listen to them they would have and did provide them with all the information they needed to prevent this comedy of errors from ever occurring. They were the only ones who followed the established policy and procedures of the airport. If you don’t believe any of this then listen to the dispatch tapes and watch the video of this incident. It is Hilarious!

There is no solution to his nastiness. he is an obese, obnoxious, disgusting, incompetent, piece of shit, disguised as a human being. He an embarrassment to his family and everyone associated with this airport and the police.
