Not even close, The next Chief will be a elected Chief and I am sure those on that list will no longer be around to suck up the pay for a 20 hr work week.

Can someone please tell me what Freeman has done in this agency. After being here for a few years I've heard the stories of being forced out of JAM unit, leaving Bikes after a few months, and other misc. screw ups. I thought you had to actually do something to make rank. I guess the GOOD OLE BOY SYSTEM is running strong in this place....

The List is wrong! The Chief will be elected so most of these Rats will be gone becasue the new elected Chief will have the power to place who he want in the those positions.
I hope he gets rid of those here now.
