Re: mike priest not guilty
The board was Lt Forte, Lt Selina Barnes, Sgt Barber, Dep Harris, and Dep Baxter. The final vote was for 30 days off by a vote of 3/2. Lt Forte and Lt Barnes voted for termination while Sgt Barber, Dep Harris, and Dep Baxter voted for 30 days off. Before the final vote there was a MOTION for 2 weeks off that failed to get a second. If you weren't in there you don't know what was said-unless you are a staff member who was there merely to try to intimidate the board. Harris and Barber are PBA board members. Now they face possible retaliation. Instead of complaining why don't you sit on a board and see what goes on. Then you can worry about how they will get you back for having a voice and an opinion. Dont see alot of people volunteering for that now do we?

Re: mike priest not guilty
doesn't really matter...when CJSTC gets the disciplinary report he's DONE! They will pull his standards. On duty, off duty; he was in uniform in the position of authority. His bad decision will be his undoing.

Re: mike priest not guilty
Well you should probably do some research. CJSTC rules allow for the investigating agency to submit a letter stating that the internal is concluded and what disciplinary action was taken. They will then close the the case as resolved by the agency.

I heard if you report things here they delete them-must be true since some of the other posts were removed about the voting.
