did anyone one read the herald tribune today? http://www.heraldtribune.com. The link lists all the salaries of the sheriffs employees. All except the sheriffs friends, insurance guy, the HR lady, Road Patrol Captain and the PIO's stand in. Why aren't their salaries included in the article? Accidental forgetfulness or deliberate ommission?

Several people are not on the list. Wonder what they are making to not be there?

Ok, a district clerk and a major crimes detective are not listed, just to name a couple. Must be some big conspiracy in withholding their salaries. There were 391 people on the list. The SO has over 600 people. Yeah some people are going to be missing when you only list over half the department. What a conspiracy (insert sarcastic laugh here)!!!!!

I know all salaries are public record but really in the end what is accomplished but publishing them? Some of the salaries posted are incorrect so where or who did the newspaper get their information from? I have never made the salary they posted for me and others say the same. I thought the Herald was a step ahead of the Charlotte Sun as far as their facts and credibility but now I feel the only thing their paper is good for is wrapping a fish in.

Jeez man, did you fail 4th grade English?? Or are you drunk??? How can it be that someone like you could become a Deputy when you can't even spell properly?? We won't address the fact you can't properly capitalize words, but seriously man. Being ignorant isn't a crime but if it was, you'd be in serious trouble...

Support Roaddawg. He or she discovered a worthy news article and brung it to everyones attention. For another to point out spelling errors is wrong. The person pointing out the mistakes is the moron and should be a college professor than a cop. Or maybe the poster is a college professor and moonlites in admin
