You are right! Ft. Myers is very dysfuntional. Some Agents run that office because Supervisors are too scared to do anything. I am surprised more issues have not come out in the open. The floors are clean there because everything is swept under the rug.

Maybe you're right. I just read the JUST AN IDEA thread and someone who states that she's not just some dumb blonde claims to be a star worker. Maybe she's one of the incognito persons in charge?
