This has gone on for years. The one you speak of is untouchable...or at least the City of Punta Gorda PD would have it so. The reason for this is that they (the city) would rather assist in covering up whatever it is that has happened. They cannot afford the fecal load of bad press that would come should "the untouchable" become hemmed up in anything because then, the question would be raised "why wasn't this dealt with before?" It is what it is and "the untouchable" knows how to cover his assets. "Articulation" is at work here in its most devious form. Be safe.

CCSO is the worse for illegal searches and civil right violations. The administration itself can be filed against criminially, but we are all so afraid of our jobs. The cover ups are out of control and good cops are loosing there jobs because of it.

Just heard a private investigative agency, compiled of a bunch of ex cops has filed a public information request for Ayers personnel folder, and they are working for a bunch of local defense attorney's who have hired them to scope out Ayers. They are even following him around while he works to catch him doing no no's.

Hey Chief, Google "Luke Lirot Attorney". Check his Bio. He's been asking a lot of questions about the PD and the SO. Ayers is going down, you're going with him. :shock:

Any cop that uses "scumball" IS ONE and so is his boss. That is the mentality that filters down from the top. It seems the higher in rank and the longer they've been there, the deeper that attitude becomes ingrained. It's all about professional leadership, without it people like you make all LEOs look bad. 8)
