Wow, a father and son are leaving, look out, here comes the flood. Seriously does anyone really think their departure will have any effect on this department? If so, list why. What have they done to help improve the moral, let alone anything else in this department? This department has been around before any of us were been born and will still be here long after we are gone. Get real, quit *****ing about the place and try to make some changes if you don't like what's going on. Some of us enjoy working here so please stop making the department look bad by spreading your gibberish. If you want to move on, then move on. How many people have left and came back just within the last 5 years? There must be a reason, be careful what you wish for because I'm sure if you take you're negative attitude to another department, your not going to be any happier there. Rememner the pre-apps are now on line.

What happened to "we have a larger hiring pool than ever if you don't like it get out" if thats the case why is sector seven down 5 positions. Why are there nights in sector 7 run with a Sgt and 1 deputy. Why would a day shift Sgt put in for the airport in KW. Maybe she was tired of running her shift with just 1 deputy. Where is your big hiring pool? You told these deputies to go?
