SSO staff reading leoaffairs?

Why is this website discussed so much by staff on the 2nd floor??? Even more weird, why is staff spending so much time here!!! They say it's not important, but then they constantly talk about it, then they revist leoaffairs and then they talk even more about it with each other!!! Tom Knights political appointees apparently have nothing better to do.

If Tom Knight had good judgment, then he would have IT block access by his staff members so they could not read leoaffairs from their work computers while they're on duty.
