Rick Scott wants pill mills deregulated

Rick Scott told us again and again on the campaign trail that he hates government regulations. But he forced us to guess which ones he meant to dump. Highway speed limits? Restaurant health rules? Nursing home licenses? Laws against serving alcohol to minors?

Just kidding. Such silly ideas are surely as unlikely as, say, blocking new regulations for curbing the deadly epidemic of prescription painkiller abuse. But guess what? That one is for real.

Governor Scott, no joke, wants to stop...
