    Tints on patrol cars

Are police vehicles exempt from dark tinted windows?
I saw a Sweetwater patrol car at the Dolphin mall today
and you can't see inside that car at all.

If I had tints like the ones that patrol car has I would get a ticket.

Unless you can show me in the Florida Statutes that police vehicles are exempt from
this law I will make sure channel 7 news makes a story about this.

Was it a marked K-9 patrol vehicle? Those are exempt.

    you talk Shizzat.

YOU cant always believe what you see on the TV news. Reporters always love to make things up. remember they get there after the police do. so they only repeort what they have been told! mr/ms REPORTer, do some research first before you make yourself look stupid again.
