Federal EEOC complaint filed today

Apparently the DOD command is manipulating the promotional list and ignoring test scores to promote family and friends! It. I wonder how long it will be before Mike Mayo and press get a copy of the complaint, as it is floating around out there. Do we really need another scandal? This being BSO I would guess a big YES!

When you commit to a numbered ranking, computed by the the score on the written exam and the oral assessment, only to pick from the bottom of the list, that is equivalent to dealing from the bottom of the deck! Otherwise known as cheating! But, the most important part is you are getting the least qualified people, and thus leading to the scandal of contraband being introduced into the jail. Had you picked from the other end of the list, these crimes would have been caught immediately and the criminals would not have been related to the unqualified supervisors! Wake up Lameberti, they will take down!

You guys are worried about promotions!!! Ha! Can someone Pleeeeze tell me how 3 deputies and a nurse get arrested for introduction of contraband and sexual relations with inmates and instead of heads rolling, they all get promoted....only at the BSO..Sheriff Lamberti needs to get a grip. He obviously has no clue about what's going on in his jails. The DOD command has been the same for the past 5 to 10 years. If there are problems in the jail, its definitely due to management issues starting with BIG BOI, LIL Kim, Big Poppa and the new Major and don't forget that disgruntle Whack job who retired and came back just to terrorized anyone who worked the jail. Each and everyone of the above mentioned are an embarrassment to the agency and they should all be fired and or arrested for egregious incompetence. The above mentioned, over the years, were so caught up in hooking up their family and friends they failed to pay attention to staff and make their rounds according to policy. They were so caught up in keeping up with the latest take home car, out of state fake azz training trips, making sure their secretaries had their personal parking spaces and that they had the latest cherry wood office furniture, that they failed to observe that some of their staff had blue, yellow or even purple hair, 10 gold teeth, gang related tattoos, driving to work in florescent color cars with 24 inch rims. Had command interacted with their staff, they would have seen that some of them were coming to work drunk and ever driving around drunk on duty. Sheriff Lamberti man up and roll some heads. The DOD has sunk to an all time low and you can thank you command staff for the blatant mis-management of your jails. Noooo, but what do you do? You promote them all!!!! What a buffoon!!!

It will never happen. Sheriff Lameberti is not fit to be sheriff. He has no clue. He is a liar. He is inept. He is the worst...

It is amazing that after all this happened at the main jail, They promote the captain to major, Now the whole north end is exposed to a faction of incompetence never seen before!

They already found contraband in his new command, promote him again biggie, we can bring the whole place down the toilet!
