Chief SA rocks the house

You have to wonder why the city manager would bring in SA from the city of ft lauderdale when we know that that is a great mistake. The ft lauderdale guys that RP hired are clock takers, meaning that they could care less about taking calls and preserving a quality of life in wilton manors. Gallegos is such a Fin idiot that he let perez hire his buds from flpd on drop that are in clockin in 8.6 for a ride around the city. Now we all now that we have a battle between the officers who want to work, wmpd officers, against the slugs from flpd who just want a paycheck while they get their drop check. Gellegos should be fired for not seeing what a problem he signed off on and then brings in another flpd retiree to run the ship. VERY SHAMEFULL MR G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope they know that DS and EC need to get the boot off the bat to get this place righted again after the PEREZ abortion.

SN who claims to be the police commisioner and next mayor will straighten out the police dept. Stradegy will be discussed at the regular mini casino at SN's house on wed nights.

I worked with, and for, SA for 20 plus years. I can tell you one thing: If she is hired as your chief, things will change. She knows the job of being a police officer from bottom to top, and she's good at it. She worked hard on the road as a patrolman and equally hard as a supervisor. She does not play favorites. She will make an honest assessment of the talent within your agency and move forward.

Don't judge her (or any other FLPD officer) by RP or anyone else that's been hired there. She is a true professional who will make your agency better.

And, for all of you who post here and claim to be hard workers. You, and those like you, will never have a problem with SA. That's what she all about. Work hard and work smart. Do the job the rigtht way. For those don't, life won't be too easy. Those of you who have made a career by kissing butt, save your lips. It simply does not work on this lady!

Yea you guys should had that place tip top before NOT So lets see now we want to attack our own cops. I see they are not sworn WMPD cops they are all the things you called them. WOW, obviously you must be one of the Officers or Sergeants previous mentioned in these posts, great way to try and get the heat off you and your buddies. I can’t blame you I would be nervous also if I were you. I think enough people have your guys number and know the truth, most of you have been getting away with this way before RP or any FLPD guys came to work there. Looks like all the shenanigans have come back to Roost. The City has finally woken up and is going to address the problem and there is no one more fair or capable than SA, you guys won’t be able to BS, threaten, slander, intimidate or extort her. So good luck with your new tactics, I know it’s foreign for you but maybe you could try treating co-works and citizens with respect, think of others (occasionally) instead of only yourself. Oh yeah Mr. Self Important, we’re suppose to believe you don’t work to be paid, I see you would do this for free because you care so much about the community and your fellow MAN….hahahahaha I’m sure everyone believes that one. We all work to get paid and make a living. Its the same jerks that have caused so much harm. They attack their brother and sisters in blue. Yes Rick needed to go but the old farm house needed a new roof way before he came . A new new building, new cars and a few new cops does not change a Slug Sergeant or in this case Sergeant's. They have no clue but if anything Chief SA knows patrol and the book. She won't play the game. You better get out your Policy book and take a good look. She is a fair Chief but she is all about Policy and doing the road right and servering. If any Chief knows the road its her. OH one more thing when she looks into what you permitted and also did to that female officer you better get the PBA to rent an office for the Lawyer near the sation. I think he may be busy for a while.

Day two down for new boss taking it all in like a pro. Sergenat How and Grant laying low and have nothing to say now. Road Sergenats trying to think of an escape route for the abuse they caused to a Female officer, leaking information, maybe a break in into the per office and providing department documets to lots of folks.
