    Congrats to our new Chief

Congrats to our new Chief, Lamar Rubenstein. Chief Rubenstein has been with the Sioux Falls PD in North Dakota for the past 29 years. He has worked his way up the ranks from patrolman to Deputy Chief. He served in the Merchant Marine from 1978-1981 as a navigator of the stars. He has a masters degree from St. Burnadette College in Wyoming and is an avid ping-pong player. Please welcome him when you see him by giving the traditional turkey call to make him feel at home.

The next Chief must be someone from the outside. The new Chief will not be female, black or Latin. These three types scare the hell out of the city. Whoever it is, he and his new command staff must come in and clean house.
