Fantasize about him, are you kidding? I've had him and there's nothing to fantasize about - really, you give him way too much credit

    Re: Psychoanalysis of Ms G

Recently our class was given the assignment of analyzing peculiar people that "act out" and go out of their way to bring notice to themselves. Having knowledge of this board because of my boyfriend, my group choose Ms. G and have analyzed pages and pages of her posts. FYI There were two other people that other groups choose.

After analyzing the posts we, as a group, came to the conclusion that Ms. G suffers from an extreme case of narcissitic behavior. If you know the definition, that is why this person tries to control this board, is extremely defensive and will not listen to those who are telling her that she is making a fool out of herself by posting what she does and refuses to stop. The fact that she also broadcasts and boasts about many different things most people would consider personal business such as breast size, going here or there (places she considers superior) is evident. Narcissitic behavior is a very deep seeded mental disorder which can control and even destroy a person's life by driving away friends/family members etc...Most people with this disorder are usually born with it although, in some cases it can be aquired through something that caused this person extreme trauma. The apparent affair and breakup with the person she continually talks about on this board would not qualify but instead would fall under another disorder; obsessive compulsive which is self explanatory.

We also came to the conclusion that This person suffers from schizophrenia and, although she tries to act like she is in control, deep down she knows this not to be true causing her to be somewhat paranoid. The thread containing the threat that people may show up at her POB really brought that out. W/O going on and on, we also came to the conclusion that although this person may be in her 30's, she is extremely immature by nature. This is probably the result of whats known as Schizophreniform disorder. This is a disorder which can cause adults to act as if they are still in their early teens and is characterized by brooding (about her ex for example), persecutory delusions which she brings upon herself due to her narcissistic behavior, and having a strong need for reassurance and approval which, ironically one of your posters mentioned her need for attention even if it's negative. I wish Ms. G would volunteer for a free examination which is offered by USF. Many of these disorders criss cross and intermingle with each and it becomes a very negative cycle which never ends. Until she is able to gain control of her life she will continue to live it by acting out on this site as it is the only audience she can find.
