    Chief Wells

I feel sorry for you guys as you now will become Ricky's stepping stone, and it will be so political! I hate the fact that an inside guy was not chosen!

Ricky's a nice guy but clueless. His only way to achieve success has been through his daddy. Do you think he feels bad about sucking up so much government money? No, he grew up watching it happen all of the time. Mayor, what are you doing?

Sucking up Govt money? How about all those lazy Deps that dont want to do anything proactive? They just want to milk all of their burglary and dog barking calls. Its no like this county has nothing but hardworking law enforcenment... who always want raises.

After reading Wells's resume one would have to ask, "Is that all he has accomplished in 26 years?" The last three years were handed to him through his father's influence and this looks like this is more gifts through perceived entitlement." No college degree of any kind is unheard of in law enforcement these days. The Commission should not be a party to this kind of pork barrel politics. If it's true his Wells's son is a career criminal it begs the question of what kind of manager he is when he is unable to manage his own household affairs. His lack of parenting was certainly not distracted by his attempt to formally educate himself.
I had hoped for a brighter future with our new Mayor. Her explanation to the Herald was dubious at best.

The outgoing chief may get a consolation prize in the form of a $$$salaried$$$ position at Manatee County Rural Health Services, Inc.
Walter L. “Mickey” Presha was paid $437,208 in 2007. Ricky’s daddy got $102,649 for a seat on the executive team. Go to Guidestar.org for verification. (2007 is the most recent year available for viewing MCRHS tax forms.) And now, their mugs:

The last poster has most of the story but not "the rest of the story" Lowe's wife if you will, yea who does she work for, oh yea for Leslie Wells reality. As for Manatee Rural Health, Big Chuck gets over a 100k a year, stand by and watch Lowe slide in there and work side by side with Logan. You know it, Rick's little brother knocks down 50plus K a year there being the PIO taking care of the Rural Health's cell phones. From the posts I've seen it does appear that Manatee Rural Health is on somebody's radar. The hits just keep on commin.

Organized crime photo in the Sarasota paper:
Anthony (a/k/a Big Tuna a/k/a Joe Batters) Accardo from Chicago.

Can you guess who he’s related to? Someone posted the family genealogy online:
