    After looking at the responses that you fine men and women of OCSO have posted it's no wonder that 13 of the 26 grand jury trials to date came out of OCSO.
    They must be putting something in the water over there. Arresting a 14 year old and having the charges dropped because one of you couldn't abide by your oath? Or was that just the public explanation behind yet another fraudulent arrest?

    Shame on you OCSO. Your house needs some serious cleaning.
