    Hiring

First, you would need to be an alumni of "La Universidad de la Habana" with a major of "Criminologia." You must pass the G2 Cuban Intelligence physical along with the Alpha66 infiltration course. After you do that, you must pass the mickey mouse florida police academy. Then you can apply with us. However, while in the process, you must be able to work for free as an informant documenting PBA activities by drinking coffee at our spots and getting to know file officers. The chain of command requires that you can learn all the codes in Spanish also and be able to speak Spanglish fluently, also read it and write it.

But don't worry, our benefits are superior to our counterparts at 'La Policia Nacional De Cuba' and we do not have an interagency mutual aid agreement with PNC (Policia Nacional de Cuba) which means no 15 with them while the ladies in white (damas blancas) are marching down the main street.

Apart from all that, and as long you try not to defend any of your rights, whether constitutional, statutory, or contractual, you should be fine and enjoy a very good working environment.

Guy listen..Do not listen to all of these loosers. Hialeah is a great place to work if you dont involve yourself in politics. If you do youll get caught up in a messed up situation like the guys who previously posted. If you stay out of it youll love it. We are the 2nd largest Municipality in the county. You'll have an opportunity to do real Police work and not sit behind a computer and talk smack about us. Good luck if you apply. I am not sure what the process is. If any one can help the fellow applicant please do so!

This is a great place to work, however if you are an fdle certified officer look into other departments that are hiring and see what they offer before you commit. The above post is the understatement of the millenium reference pay, equiptment, and there are no take-home vehicles. If your a young officer this department offers an opportunity to learn real police work if your willing to forgo your income. Hialeah is one of the largest agencies in the county with the fastest response times, the lowest crime rate per capita, the lowest paid, and the Mayor has threatened to impose a thirty percent paycut on top as a reward for our excellent service. Choose wisely and make your own luck. :cop:
