It is usually the average shine box that gets shined up real good, usually minus the education. If a black shine box was there that could be shined up good with the education, they would have definately got the ultimate shine box job. That hasn't been the case for a some years. The last black shine box that was shined up real good, left before getting the ultimate shine box job. That shine box would have probably been the next Chief.
