Palm Beach SO Psych Exam
I've been scheduled for my Psych at Woodlake Psychological with DR. Paul E. Bryan Jr. Does anyone know how the test was and how the interview was? Was it stressful? I currently have 4.5 years experience from another department in Broward County.

She doesn’t care about this Dept. She’s all about her fake image. She was never a true LEO only a poser and a fraud who has driven this agency into the ground cause of incompetence. It’s time to take the garbage out rocco. Where is our flucking vote of no confidence !

Is anyone really surprised? Not only does the national narrative promote defiance against police. But couple that with a command staff that doesn't care about the troops, only themselves. City commissioners that either want to use us when it's convenient for them or out right hate us. And the fact that we're one of the lowest paid in the county and there's no hope of it getting better anytime soon. This all was only a matter of time.

Congratulations to the City Manager, Mayor, City Commission and our fabulous In-Human Resource Dept. for successfully operating the police department on a budget dating back to 2018! Wow I don’t know anywhere else you can get away with that! Gee, I would love to be able to buy Apple or Amazon stock at the 2018 market price! Yup they continue to reap and pocket the annual cost of living increases budgeted during those three fiscal years, while offering their “Red Headed Step Children” nothing! Face it, a police department will always be the highest expenditure of any municipality. If you are unwilling to pay, equip us safely and hire / retain officers at a competitive rate, the sheriffs office is the only alternative. Stop playing a dangerous game with these officers lives and the safety of the community as a whole.

This really has turned ridiculous. An absent leader with do nothing and don’t care command staff. Worst part is city leaders continue to allow this dysfunctionality.

Now you have operated the police department without a good faith contract and pocketed the three years of appropriated cost of living increases allocated in their budget! Treating us like the “Red Headed Step Children” they despise but tolerate as a necessary evil. Police department will al ways be the most expensive entity of any municipality, like it or not. If you are unwilling to pay us competitive wages, equip us safely and offer a competitive package to attract and keep new officers, then the only alternative is the sheriffs office. As a fluke for once, do the right thing!
