This agency is a disgrace. We’ve lost all sense of professionalism and the example starts from the top. The chief and her low integrity administration have delivered so poorly and refuse to address officer issues and needs. When will the bosses wake up and see that the number one problem with this agency is the chief. It will never get better with someone who doesn’t know what to do and allows this place to worsen. Wake up CM, she’s killing our agency, morale and careers.
