I can tell you are one of those old school "we sent a plane up in the air and in 20 minutes RJ folded" but these are different times. We have a very hostile Commission. It is true, in a few years the young will out number the old. Hopefully we can take care of everyone.

Reality Check
Several years ago when many of us started, we had a tough contract negotiation. So tough, a nasty contract was imposed on us. Was there a mass exodus? No. Did people refuse to work? No. Did people stop being professional? No. Did people become hateful? No. Did people get fired via Facebook? No. Did people have so much stress they could not come to work? No. Ladies and gentlemen of the PD, this entire disastrous, embarrassing, failed performance is the sole responsibility of Chief Sonia Quinones. Her failure and refusal to face and directly communicate with her employees has been depressing. Her failure to inspire or offer a vision of something ! anything ! is disappointing. Her failure to give her employees more attention then she gives her twitter and Facebook accounts is neglectful. Her all around failure of everything is what has failed to keep this place together. We have become the agency that every agency dreads of ever becoming. It’s all crumbling around her and in large part because of her. I was an early supporter but the reality has become undeniable. She just has not made the genuine heartfelt effort, or possibly lacks the talent and ability, to save this place. She should be held accountable for the poor performance, therefore, a vote of no confidence is in order.

What happens when everyone finds out PR is an incompetent Sgt? He goes full re-re and becomes the latest dictator of hallandale. Holding all of us down to every letter of the G.O.'s while he still does whatever he wants and thinks he can get away with it. Approve a Sig 8 and then says he was never 48 to it? Moron. Get involved in unauthorized chases and not even do an unusual? Dumbazz. I hope everyone is saving their text and whatsapp threads, I know I am. Who wants to take bets on which officer is the first to file for hostile work environment? The way he speaks to us is unprofessional, inappropriate and disgusting...oh wait, that's PR

PR should never have been promoted to Sgt. Guy has to many internal issues to properly supervise and lead people.
