She hasn’t done anything to deserve the position except f... people over and ruin the
PD. Where is our vote? We are going into a crucial negotiation for many of us. We need to pull together as one and get a good contact and vote the b.. out to go green and white.

BSO is the only way out of this mess. The city and yes the chief have screwed everything up at the pd. She is a part of the problem, BSO is our only solution.

Every board I read on here is full of pain and suffering, backstabbing, crying and complaining. Police work is ugly, but the politics is worse. Why are people so unhappy in this business? If you got everything you wanted would you still ***** and complain? No one wants to work with morale low, misery likes company, and jealousy is a sign of individual weakness. Going to BSO doesn't make all your complaints go away. Decisions have to made and you might not agree with them there.

You obviously have never worked for an employer who has no concern or best interest in mind for its employees. I do have a question; Why is the police chief spending so much time with the Sheriff? My guess is that the administration is trying to make a deal for themselves because they know the end is in sight. Hallandale Beach Commissioners, City Manager, and Mayor save your budget, reduce your liability, and let us all sign up for FRS you know it's possible. Let us go to BSO if you don't you are opening up pandora's box. To include a vote of no confidence, along with officers shutting down.

Police work is an awesome career! Anyone lucky enough to become a leo should be honored. The problem is hallandale and the poor treatment of its employees. This includes PD cause the chief and her crew of two faced backstabbers have made it worse. They’ll never make it better cause no matter how hard they try to seem angelic, their specialty is screwing people over and everyone knows it.

After this next wave of resignations and another after the contract gets imposed along with officers checking out, the PD will no longer be able to properly and safely provide police services. This administration has been clear they do not care about its employees and will continue to make our lives difficult. PBA needs to put together a vote of no confidence on the chief and this below standards performing administration. Something has to change.
