Unfortunately this is true. They are actively sabotaging any police BSO merger. They have been promised future possible captain and major positions even though those positions mean nothing in hallandale. Just look at the abysmal line up we have here now. It’s down right embarrassing but these are carrots that are dangled in front of weak selfish people. I agree with a previous post, we gotta have this vote of no confidence ready for the new CM. If not, this failed leadership led by Qless will continue.

Nobody has been promised anything. Where do you guys come up with this stuff? The reason we are not going BSO is because the Commission does not want it. All we can hope for is that the fire offer comes in so low that they might ask for the police numbers also. There is no goddam conspiracy. I dont blame the Chief for wanting to stay Hallandale because her job is secure. You know none of you have provided facts as to why give her a vote of no confidence. If you bring up the JC situation it was out of her hands. Since when have any of you told your boss what to do. She most likely expressed her opinion but do you think an A Hole like Roger Carlton cared to hear it? What else has she done so bad? People are leaving you will say but that is because of our contract. There is no drop and our insurance sucks. She has no control over that. Please just give me some factual reasons and I will support your vote of no confidence.

Here's some facts.
1. There is no communication down the chain of command. The command staff doesn't even communicate between themselves.
2. SQ has no confidence in her command staff or herself.
3. SQ is lost when it comes to making decisions.
4. Rank and file are left out when it comes to the betterment of morale. Who else should she ask about the overall feelings of officers but the officers themselves.
5. SQ sits high in her throne, walking around in work out clothes every day. When was the last time she ever got on the radio and went to a call with officers.
6. SQ makes decisions without including staff.
7. Staff makes decisions without including the chief.
8. There are people in positions without experience or merit.
9. SQ looks good on paper but there is no substance. She may walk the walk, but can't talk the talk.
10. SQ cant even talk. What an embarrassment she was at a live press conference. Chris Keating must have written her notes.

1. The PD is completely mismanaged. It’s not just the contract because numerous civilians have left or are in the process of leaving. Several have left or are leaving specifically because of her.
2. She rarely interacts with officers or employees only hides behind Michel. She is “not” a woman of the people. Never was.
3. She was very rude towards employees up until the elections and now that ponytail and roger rabit have been rejected she done a 180 and now tries to be nice to people because she realized that deal she made with the devils has now backfired. That’s a fake weak hypocrit leader.
4. Her own command staff is trying to knock out other members of her command staff. They’re broken up into clicks trying to outmaneuver each other.
5. Shes getting ready to demote more command staff members for more wrongdoing. Another example of her poor decision making.
6. She’s lost the respect of many employees because of her inability to make a decision. She’s flip flopped on numerous situations. Ask Haire, Keating, Diaz, Dady, Donovon, Michel, Cerna, Casey, Rose, Hebert and many others.
7. Ask yourselves, are we or our agency better off now than we were a year ago when she got her chance. Peoples this experiment has been a complete disaster. Ponytail, Roger and Quinones were the solution. The golden trio. They all performed miserably, have ruined our agency and have been rejected. The longer we keep her there the worse it will get and the longer it will take for us to recover. She has no idea what to do. She never did.

Running the PD is the easy part because we, the every day police officer do all the work. Take the blinders off. It’s a tough pill to swallow because we all had high hopes for her but it just didn’t happen. There is no plan. She’s now flailing in the wind nervous and wondering if a real CM gets hired here will he or she notice her incompetence and identify her failures and what will they do about it. Is this what we deserve? She’s had her 25 plus year career. It’s now our turn to succeed and she’s in the way of it.

No one is qualified to run this PD. The closest was Q and we’ve seen her fail really bad. MM is still trying to figure out how to keep up with his lies. RB and PR are facing demotions for screwing up badly. RD, I’m not going there. BH was a good cop but turned out to be a poor leader who showed no loyalty to the previous chief and now no loyalty to the current chief. EM, well, we’ve never seen him and word is he hasn’t uttered a word since the Eagles won the Super Bowl. Then there’s TT. He was promoted and then demoted and then promoted. “O Canada O Canada we stand on guard for thee”. In all sincerity, God bless TT. We love Canadians.
