This is all true. Let’s be a part of real change and make it happen. This thrift store operation we’re running here is on its last leg. All of the changes that occurred over a year ago was suppossed to make it all better. The exact opposite has occurred. Things have become worse. Just look around, morale in the dumpster, extreme shortage of manpower, people continue to leave, there is a hiring freeze on civilians who help the PD, our insurance a disaster, units continue to be disbanded, leadership is shaky and very inexperienced. It’s difficult to get time off, there is no OT, no more consistent training is occurring, many of our training requests are being denied, people continue to complain about pension costs and on and on. This BSO thing is probably are only way out. The city has been loud and clear, they’ve refused to invest in public safety and we do nothing.

And then she made a mini movie days before and posted it to Facebook at 10:30 am while he was at main AFTER the SAO said this would never get to the media due to the nature of his problem. Way to go...all those years taking leadership classes were clearly a waste.
