Wondering

I have 12 years experience and am getting a little restless. There is a lack of mobility in my agency. If I left and came to Miami Gardens what kind of salary could I expect (I have a 2 year degree?) How is the City to work for? How are the Sergeants, Lieutenants, Captains, etc. What is the call volume like, my agency averages over 100,000 calls a year? How are the working conditions?

With your education you could be anywhere between $50,676 - $73,595. Upward mobility is possible in a short period of time and there will be a lot of management positions open within the next 3-4 years which will cause a large amount of opportunity for those who have been waiting for it. In short, don't wait.
