District Assignments

Question, i know when your hired you really dont have a say as to where your assigned, but how does district assigments work thereafter? Are you allowed to request to transfer, or are you kind of stuck where your put when hired?

You are expected to work in your assigned district for a period of time, then you can request a transfer if you can find someone to swap with you.
