    You may think our low pay is just a minor issue, but remember this too could happen to YOU anytime while on patrol. It happened in Hillsborough County as well not long ago.

    36,000 most of the state is getting 33,000. but its not about the pay :roll:

    It didn't used to be about the pay, but it is starting to become about the pay. With no decent raises in recent years and none on the horizon, it will be hard to stay...minimum wage will catch up to SLEO eventually...
